Job Description:

  

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Event management (meets and conferences) activities such as identifying location, booking, coordinating with event vendor, budget allocation, menu selections, standees printing, and procurement of relevant materials for the successful executions of the events and meets.
  • Responsible for successful completion of the events and meets.
  • Liaison with all the stakeholders to make sure to complete the task at hand.
  • Taking care of booking and accommodation of meet/event participants for the respective meets and events.
  • Delivery of welcome kit and syndicate kit to the respective recipients.
  • Procurement of materials for welcome kit and syndicate kit; and
  • Complete and timely Management of Syndicate Inventory and related stocks such as document, brochures, syndicate shirts, cookies boxes, etc.
  • Distribution and printing of brochure, books, and other syndicate materials.
  • Coordinate with the syndicate team and office boys for fulfilling requirement.
  • Vendor coordination for any services availed for executing any task.
  • Report generations and expense tracking abilities.
  • Tracking of resources and asset management.

  Requirements/qualification:

  • Advanced competency in fulfilling requirement for the event management.
  • Superb time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Great problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Availability to resolve operational issues outside of business hours.
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain management.
  • Ownership taking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree needed
  • Relevant experience executing similar tasks and relevant fields.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, MS excel and Google sheets in particular)
