Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Corporate Legal Manager for a reputed company for the CBD Belapur location.

Job Description:

  1. A lawyer with experience in drafting, negotiating, and evaluating contracts.
  2. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
  3. Study Constitution, statutes, decisions, regulations, and ordinances of quasi-judicial bodies to determine ramifications for cases.
  4. Should be prudent enough to ascertain the commercial angle in service provider contract.
  5. Excellent contract negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Would be capable to go on call(s) with customers and closing the Contracts.
  7. Giving his legal opinion to management towards contents/intention as carried out in the MSA.
  8. Identify implications for cases from legal precedents or other legal information.
  9. Prepare legal briefs and opinions, and file appeals in various courts of appeal.
  10. Result oriented and go-getter, i.e. capable to accomplish the task with absolute co-ordination, within the agreed and prescribed timelines
