GM Operations and Admin- CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai)
Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of GM Operations and Admin for a reputed company at the Navi Mumbai location.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the leading Admin Operations department.
- Leading a team of 15 to 20 ppl to take of companywide admin related tasks.
- Responsible for task related to vehicle/fleet management such as vehicles status reporting, tracking reports, maintenance related reports, track reports of renewals of AMC and day to day expenses.
- Responsible for task related to housekeeping such as recruitment of cleaners, procurement of cleaning materials, inventory management, etc.
- Responsible for Welcome kit and syndicate kit deliveries and their proper reporting.
- Responsible for company wide internal and external events/meets and their successful completions. Preparing overall reports on budgeting and expenses. Making sure that everything in event goes as per the planned schedule.
- Responsible for companywide proper installation and functioning of IT infrastructure and directing IT Admin properly to comply with best practices.
- Manager is responsible for office management by coordinating with the office admin and take care of the all the ad hoc requirements.
- He will responsible for the vendor management related to proper office functioning and keeping track of the all procurement and timely maintenance.
- He will be directly involved in the guiding other admins in office extension and branch extension activities such as agreement completion, coordination with owners and management.
- He will be publishing reports to Top management and directly work under the CEO.
- Event management (meets and conferences) activities such as identifying location, booking, coordinating with event vendor, budget allocation, menu selections, standees printing, and procurement of relevant materials for the successful executions of the events and meets.
- Liaison with all the stakeholders to make sure to complete the task at hand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years/ post-graduation with 8+ years of experience in relevant and related fields.
- Advanced competency in report generations and tracking multiple tasks.
- Multi-tasking and hard working
- Able to handle pressure and high velocity task handling.
- Superb time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Great problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Availability to resolve operational issues outside of business hours.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain management.
- Ownership taking abilities.
- Relevant experience executing similar tasks and relevant fields.
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, MS excel and Google sheets in particular)
