Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should attend field Calls
- Should have complete knowledge for
- DESKTOP – OS Formatting (Win 7, 8 & 10), Installation of Drivers, Installation of All standard basic software’s, Virus & malware Cleanup, PC & data Sharing with rights & etc. (Except Chip Level Repairing)
- LAPTOPS - OS Formatting (Win 7, 8 & 10), Installation of Drivers, Installation of All standard basic software’s, Virus & malware Cleanup, PC & data Sharing with rights & etc. (Except Chip Level Repairing)
- PRINTERS – Installation of all types of printers like LaserJet, DeskJet, InkJet, InkTank, Dot Matrix. (Except Chip Level Repairing)
- ANTIVIRUS – Installation of all Standard & End Point Security Antivirus like Seqrite, McAfee, Quick Heal, Escan &, etc.
- ROUTERS – Should have knowledge of DSL / ADSL Internet Routers, Configuring new ISP, Config. Wi-Fi, & etc.
- Access Points – Should have knowledge for all makes Access Point configuration.
- Networking - Complete Knowledge Network with IP Address Classes.
- Server – Should have basic knowledge of server, OS installation, policy modification &, etc. (OPTIONAL)
