Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Asst. Sales Manager/ Sales Manager for a reputed Real Estate company for Belapur location
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate Primary Residential properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospects.
- Handling clients to solve their queries and also sell them residential projects in Thane and Pune
- Take prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with the developer for any clarification required for that.
- Manage the sales operations process.
- Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction at all touch-points.
Office Timing: 10 am to 6:30 pm
Working Days: 6 days
Weekly Off: Tuesday
Skills Required:
- Good English Communication.
- Entrepreneurial Attitude.
- Go getting Attitude.
- Self-Motivated.
- Good Coordination and convincing skills.
- The candidate should be willing to travel.
