- Working on Job Portal and various online sights.
- Resume screening.
- Making calls to the candidates.
- Conducting Telephonic Interviews.
- Conducting Face to face Interview.
- Data Updation.
- Preparing Recruitment MIS.
- Data Management.
Desired Candidate’s Profile:
- Very Good communication skill. (English)
- Should have passion for recruitment.
- Extremely Self-motivated, hard working with Go-Getter attitude.
- Good Presentation Skill.
- Good co-ordination skill.
- Result oriented.
- Knowledge about Computer (MS office, Emailing).
- Experience in IT and Media Industry is preferred.
