Job Description:

 

Job Roles & Responsibility:

  • Identifying potential students, and answering queries about the school and classes.
  • Inviting potential students to our facilities and introducing them to our faculty.
  • Convincing them to enroll
  • Coordinating fees payments and uniforms with our finance team. Sending welcome note and information package to students.
  • Recommending housing options if possible; or connecting students looking for housing.
  • Developing and maintaining courteous and professional relationships with students.
  • Working with team to organise welcome the graduating ceremony for the students.
  • Communicating job vacancies to students.
  • Helping students with other queries and needs.
  • Liaison between students and school.

 

  1. Activities supporting student enrolment:
  • Support social media efforts by the School.
  • Sending out information to students/potential students for upcoming classes/short classes.
  • Working with team on broches and promotional material for classes.

 

  1. PR Responsibilities
  • Maintaining cordial working relationships with vendors, students, ex-students, sponsors etc. for the best interest of the school.

 

Qualifications:

  • Fluent with written and spoken English.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • 2 years or more of experience in public relations and/ sales, or similar position.
  • Pleasing and approachable personality.
