Designation Store Head
Total Experience MIN 4 YEARS Location / Site CtrlS Project, Hyderabad
Qualification : Graduate (minimum) / extensive relevant field experience
Reporting To PROJECT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive and inspect incoming materials against PO/delivery challan – check quantity, condition, make and test certificates – and issue GRN/MIR.
• Store materials systematically (cable drums, panels, transformers, DG parts, trays, luminaires) with proper binning, preservation and safety.
• Issue materials to site only against approved indents/requisitions; maintain issue slips, returns and subcontractor-issued material records.
• Maintain accurate stock and ledger records in ERP/SAP and MS Excel; conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise timely requisitions to purchase; follow up on pending deliveries.
• Handle local-market purchases within approved limits; manage local vendors and transporters.
• Control gate movement, security, housekeeping and fire safety in the store; manage scrap and surplus; submit stock and consumption MIS.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Store and inventory management for electrical project materials
• Knowledge of electrical equipment/materials – cables, panels, transformers, trays, conduits, lights, accessories
• ERP / SAP stock and material transactions (GRN, issue, return)
• MS Excel record keeping and stock reconciliation
• Local-market dealing with vendors and transporters
• Documentation – challans, gate passes, e-way bills, MIR
• Material handling, safe storage and communication
