Job Description:

Core Responsibilities

Develop baseline project schedules using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project to track critical path activities and milestone adherence.

Required Skills

• Billing & Quantity Surveying: Prepare and verify Client Bills, Running Account (RA) bills, and Subcontractor bills. They conduct quantity takeoffs, prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) sheets, and calculate exact material and labour costs.
• Progress Monitoring: Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) and MIS reports to proactively identify project delays and deviations.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Review contractor quotations, track cost variations, and support contract administration.
