Job Description:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and improve production equipment, plant facilities, automation systems, and testing equipment to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
Diagnose and repair electrical, PLC, automation, instrumentation, and control system breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Monitor, modify, and upgrade PLC/control programs to improve machine reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Ensure product quality by maintaining, adjusting, and monitoring visual inspection systems and other testing equipment.
Perform equipment adjustments, process parameter measurements, preventive maintenance, and overhaul activities.
Maintain inventory of critical electrical and automation spare parts and coordinate replenishment requirements with supervisors.
Support installation, commissioning, testing, and repair of electrical systems, control panels, communication systems, and new production equipment.
Prepare and implement modifications and improvements to existing machinery and production lines.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to achieve operational and maintenance objectives.
Participate in WCM (World Class Manufacturing) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain equipment ownership, complete maintenance reports, and update work progress records (WIERA).
Follow all PPE, Health & Safety, ISO 14001, environmental, and company compliance requirements.
Perform any other duties related to electronics, automation, and maintenance activities as assigned by management.

Decision-Making Authority

Select appropriate tools, equipment, and troubleshooting methods during maintenance and breakdown activities.
Identify and escalate issues to the relevant production, maintenance, or engineering departments.
Recommend equipment upgrades, process improvements, and spare parts requirements to enhance reliability and performance.
Prioritize maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions and ensure equipment availability.
