Job Description:

Job Title / Position            : Warehouse cum Stores Supervisor

Job Location                      : Vadodara (Waghodia GIDC)

Experience                         : 3 - 4 Years

Qualification                      : Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma

Salary Budget                    : 3.60 to 4.00 LPA

Job Responsibilities :

1) Manage the day-to-day operations of the factory stores and warehouse.

2) Receive, inspect, count and record incoming materials against Purchase Orders/Delivery Challans.

3) Ensure proper identification, tagging, storage and location of all materials.

4) Ensure materials are stored systematically to enable easy identification and retrieval.

5) Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory to management.

6) Ensure proper segregation of rejected, damaged, obsolete and excess materials.

7) Issue raw materials, packaging materials, accessories and consumables to production against authorized material requisitions.

8) Ensure that material issues are properly recorded in the ERP/software/register.

9) Coordinate with Production Planning and Production teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.

10) Maintain proper records of material consumption and returns from production.

11) Ensure unused/excess materials are returned to stores and properly accounted for.

12) Ensure finished goods are properly counted, labelled, packed and stored.

13) Maintain location-wise and SKU-wise inventory records.

14) Ensure proper stock rotation and identification of finished goods.

15) Ensure goods are dispatched only against authorized documents.

16) Maintain high accuracy between physical stock and system/book stock.

17) Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification.

18) Ensure proper documentation for all material receipts, issues, transfers and returns.

19) Maintain proper warehouse layout and material locations.

20) Maintain clean, safe and organized storage areas.

21) Implement proper stacking and storage practices.

22) Ensure proper aisle clearance and accessibility.

23) Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports related to stores and warehousing, accurately and on time.

Required Skills :

1) Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma

2) 3-4 Years of functional knowledge of warehouse and stores operations.

3) Good understanding of inventory management.

4) Ability to maintain accurate stock records.

5) Good knowledge of material receiving, issuing, storage and reconciliation.

6) Strong organizational and coordination skills.

7) Good numerical and analytical ability.

8) Good communication skills.

9) Ability to supervise warehouse/store workers.
