Plant Operator - Production
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
-
Operate and monitor chemical process equipment as per SOPs.

Handle reactors, pumps, valves, pipelines, and transfer operations.

Monitor temperature, pressure, flow, and other process parameters.

Perform charging, discharging, filtration, and material handling activities.
-
Follow batch manufacturing instructions and production schedules.
-
Maintain production logs, batch records, and shift handover reports.
-
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and plant housekeeping standards.
-
Coordinate with shift in-charge, production chemists, and maintenance teams.
-
Report equipment abnormalities, process deviations, and safety concerns.
-
Follow 5S, GMP, and EHS guidelines wherever applicable.
