- Manage and supervise day-to-day plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Plan production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, raw materials, and operational resources.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, HR, and Safety departments.
- Monitor plant performance, productivity, downtime, and operational efficiency.
- Identify operational problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
- Control operational costs and optimize utilization of manpower and resources.
- Lead shift teams, supervisors, and operators.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for senior management.
- Handle breakdowns, production interruptions, and emergency operational situations in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
