Transport Coordinator and Challan Entry Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong working relationships with transporters operating across Rourkela and Odisha • Develop thorough knowledge of raw material transportation routes in the region • Track route-wise vehicle availability, freight rates, and capacity gaps • Identify opportunities to fill vehicle shortages on key routes • Manage accurate and timely challan entry for all transport movements • Coordinate with site supervisors and accounts team for clean billing and reconciliation • Report daily on vehicle deployment, route status, and transporter feedback
