GRAPHIC DESIGNER – MARKETING & BRANDING
Role overview:
We are seeking an exceptional, detail oriented Graphic Designer to partner with our Marketing & Branding team on a project basis. This role requires daily delivery of unique, high impact visual assets specifically tailored for our paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a pixel perfect designer who understands how to blend premium real estate aesthetics with performance marketing strategies to create real, attention grabbing visual graphics.
Requirements:

Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.

Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva.

Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and CTR optimized design for paid media.

Experience working with real estate developers, advertising agencies, or performance marketing agencies.

Good eye for premium, contemporary, and aspirational design.

Knowledge of AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Canva AI.

Ability to independently conceptualize briefs and deliver top tier designs on strict daily deadlines.
