Operations Executive - Remote

Job Description:

Company is an online platform that makes learning music and the performing arts engaging, accessible, and technology-driven. We connect students with experienced teachers and are looking for an organized, proactive person to support our growing team.

What you’ll do

• Help create content and marketing communications.
• Track enquiries, leads and registrations from different online channels.
• Update sales dashboards and review campaign performance and lead quality.
• Support daily customer-service operations and help resolve issues.
• Coordinate with the development team when technical support is needed.
• Manage team rosters and leave schedules.
• Onboard teachers and maintain their profiles, fees, invoices and content.
• Update courses, fees, coupons, registrations and user access through the Admin Panel.
• Support counselling and other day-to-day operational activities.

Who we’re looking for

• A graduate with 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, sales support or customer service.
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
• A clear communicator who enjoys coordinating with people and solving problems.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• Experience using an Admin Panel, CRM or online learning platform would be helpful.
• A background in music, dance or the cultural arts would be an added advantage.
