Job Description:
- Contribute to the design and development of advanced composite products, supporting projects from concept to commercialization.
- Support material selection, structural analysis, and optimization of manufacturing processes (e.g., autoclave molding, resin infusion, RTM).
- Apply knowledge of resin systems (Phenolic, Epoxy, etc.), adhesives, fibers, prepregs, and their applications.
- Assist in developing and implementing efficient and quality-driven manufacturing processes.
- Participate in testing and validation of composite products, ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Support R&D initiatives in composite materials, processes, and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and other applicable quality standards.
