Job Description:

• Initiate purchase of import raw materials as required and setting up max and min levels of inventory.
• Issue purchase orders in accordance with approved business plan from colleagues, but knowledge from self-working to be available.
• Establish procedures to monitor purchases for conformance to specifications, price,delivery,regulatory requirements and quality.
• Establish cost standards on key import raw materials and suppliers. Monitor annual costs. Provide monthly reports of significant standard cost changes to management.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subordinates in carrying out the responsibilities of the department.
• Understand the trends of seasonal products.
• Communicate with supplier for critical matters.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
• Experience in liquid imports
• Attend exhibitions for product updates and preparing MOM
• Knowledge of logistics operations for procurement decisions

Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend purchasing agreements,contracts and specifications is required.

Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate with co-workers is necessary.

Mathematical Skills:

Comprehension of statistical terms and interpretation, as well as calculation of interest rates, is necessary.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply basic understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
