We’re looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager in our real estate sales marketing team. As a manager, you’ll be making marketing strategies to boost sales, elevate our brand presence, and engage customers effectively.
Roles & Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet sales goals.
- Research market trends and competitors to inform our marketing approach.
- Collaborate with various teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Ensure high-quality marketing materials are produced consistently.
- Analyse campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
- Mentor and support a team of marketing professionals.
- Foster relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and best practices. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Minimum Requirement
- Industry – Real Estate, Developer & Construction
- Relevant Experience – 7 Years +
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Skills – Leadership Skills, Problem Solving, Knowledge about Real Estate Market, Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
