Job Description: - 

•  Reply to inquiries and customer queries.
•  Preparing quotations.
•  Providing samples to customer on request by arranging it through sample department and follow up for sample report.
•  Correspondence with customers.
•  Taking lead for new customer development.
•  Promote new products / samples/ brochure and specification.
•  Follow up for new orders.
•  Should have handled multiple products (more than 25)
•  Providing dispatch information to customer for samples and materials.
•  Analysis and report generation of customer.
•  Learning technicalities of products.
•  Attend exhibitions visit customer if required.
•  Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate the skills
•  Carry out self-filing of papers, preparing MIS reports.
•  Co-ordinate with dispatch team and inward team.
•  Follow up for C forms, Account confirmation letters and GST documents.
•  Excel knowledge about SORTING, PIVOT, SUB TOTAL and VLOOKUP.
•  Daily reporting
•  Good written and verbal skills.
•  Memory cognitive skills.
