Job Description:

Role Overview:

The Closing Manager is responsible for converting qualified leads into confirmed buyers by managing client interactions, negotiations, and final deal execution. This role focuses purely on closing sales, ensuring a seamless purchase experience, and achieving revenue targets.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with qualified leads provided by presales or sourcing teams.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospects.
  • Handle objections confidently and guide clients toward purchase decisions.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and booking terms.
  • Close deals and ensure timely booking confirmations.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams for documentation.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow reporting processes.
  • Build strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.

 Required Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in handling high-value clients.
  • Strong understanding of sales psychology and closing techniques.
  • Target-driven mindset with proven conversion ability.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • Prior experience in real estate closing or high-ticket sales.
  • Knowledge of property documentation and booking processes.

Location: Khalapur
Working hours: 10:00 am – 6:30pm
