Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead the Client Servicing function. The role is responsible for managing key client relationships, translating business requirements into actionable briefs, driving project delivery, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage key client relationships.
• Lead client discussions, reviews, and strategic conversations.
• Convert client requirements into clear internal briefs.
• Drive projects from brief to final delivery.
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and approval processes are adhered to.
• Manage feedback cycles and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain WIPs, project trackers, and account documentation.
• Coordinate with Design, Content, Video, Digital, Production, and Strategy teams.
• Support commercial processes including POs, invoicing coordination, and project reconciliation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Account Managers and future servicing team members.
• Build processes that improve delivery efficiency and client experience.

Key Requirements:

• 10–12 years of agency-side client servicing experience.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling integrated communication projects and campaigns.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and execution focus.
• Prior experience in BFSI, Mutual Funds, or Financial Services will be an advantage.
