Job Description:

Role Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage and support end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, HRMS and employee database management, employee engagement, compliance, and exit processes. The role involves collaborating with business leaders to fulfill hiring requirements, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate HR records, and implementing HR policies to create a positive and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.

 Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
  • Collaborate with leaders on hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Utilize diverse channels to engage qualified candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.

2. Onboarding & Induction:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, system setup, and orientation.

3. Employee Lifecycle HRMS Software & Employee Database Management:

  • Assist the HR Manager in updating and maintaining the HRMS software.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management of the employee database within the HRMS system.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of all employee data.
  • Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle, from entry to exit, ensuring smooth transitions.

4. Exit Management & Full and Final Settlements:

  • Manage the exit process, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and feedback collection.
  • Process full and final settlements accurately and in a timely manner.

5. Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop initiatives that enhance employee morale and retention.
  • Gather feedback from employees to improve engagement strategies.

6. Policy Implementation & Compliance:

  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulation.
    Support in the development and communication of new HR policies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1- 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Excel applications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Someone with 1+years of experience from Western suburbs near by to Borivali to Ram Mandir side preferred.
