Job Description:

Responsibilities 

Supplier Coordination

• Assist in identifying and contacting suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Support in maintaining good relationships with vendors.

Cost Awareness

• Assist senior team members in collecting quotations and comparing prices.
• Learn basic negotiation skills to achieve competitive pricing.

Inventory Support

• Monitor stock levels and update inventory records.
• Coordinate with stores/warehouse teams for material requirements.

Quality Check Assistance

• Support in checking purchased materials as per quality standards.
• Report quality issues to the senior purchase team.

Procurement Process

• Assist in preparing and raising purchase orders as per project requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier details.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports.

Market Learning

• Stay updated on market prices and availability of materials.
• Understand industry trends and supplier capabilities.

Compliance Support

• Follow company procurement policies and procedures.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with purchase executives, project managers, stores, and accounts teams.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• 0–1 year of experience.
• Internship or project experience in real estate/construction will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of procurement concepts (training will be provided).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and grow in the procurement function.
