Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate who will be an asset to our sales sourcing team, with effective sales experience in the real estate market and hands-on experience in sourcing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Activation of Channel Partners – 20%
- Adhering to IBM, OBM & Weekly Walk-ins as required by the Sales Head – 20%
- Market Intelligence – 20%
- Technical skills related to the Real Estate Industry – 20%
- Report Preparation & System Understanding – 10%
- Good / Effective Communication – 10%
Minimum Requirements
Industry: Real Estate, Developer & Construction
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in real estate sourcing and channel partner management.
- Strong network of Channel Partners and Brokers.
- Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sourcing targets.
- Good understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting.
