About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Ruby on Rails Developer. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, developing APIs, and contributing to product architecture for high-impact business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.

• Design and build RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and frontend teams.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Debug production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.

• Good understanding of MVC architecture.

• Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based services.

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.

• Familiarity with background job frameworks such as Sidekiq or Resque.

• Basic understanding of frontend frameworks.

• Experience with Git and version control.

Good to Have

• Experience in scalable system design.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in the Real Estate or CRM domain (preferred).

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate from a top-tier engineering college (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, or equivalent).

• 2–3 years of hands-on backend development experience.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong coding fundamentals and system-thinking ability.

• Ability to take ownership and deliver independently.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
