Role Overview
The Home Loan Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, consultation, and loan processing while ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a balance of telecalling, client engagement, and business development, with strong emphasis on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Telecalling (Approx. 60% of role)
Engage potential customers through outbound calls.
Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits.
Generate qualified leads and schedule client appointments.
2. Client Consultation
Meet prospective homebuyers to assess requirements and financial eligibility.
Advise clients on suitable home loan products, repayment options, and processes.
Clearly explain application procedures, required documentation, and timelines.
3. Loan Application & Processing
Assist clients in completing applications accurately.
Collect, verify, and evaluate financial documents (income statements, credit reports, tax
returns, etc.).
Coordinate with lenders to ensure smooth and timely loan approvals and disbursals.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Provide continuous support and updates to clients throughout the loan process.
Address queries related to loan terms, EMIs, or repayment structures.
Build and leverage relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and developers for lead
referrals.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and legal requirements.
Conduct risk assessments to reduce defaults and safeguard loan integrity.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions.
6. Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan products.
Drive new business opportunities through campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Share insights on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences with
management.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of home loan products, lending processes, and financial documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client eligibility and risk.
Proficiency in CRM systems and loan management tools.
