Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven B2B Sales Executive for our Tours & Travel company. The candidate will be responsible for developing B2B business, generating leads, handling travel agents/corporate clients, and increasing sales through partnerships and business networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and B2B partners.
  • Generate new business opportunities for domestic and international travel packages.
  • Promote holiday packages, hotel bookings, visa services, flight bookings, and MICE services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct client meetings and business presentations.
  • Build strong agent networks in assigned territories.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth customer service and booking process.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Tours & Travel industry.
  • Experience in B2B sales and corporate handling.
  • Lead generation and relationship management skills.
  • Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Tours & Travel industry.
  • Must have local market knowledge of Ahmedabad, Surat, or Vadodara.
