Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for our Tours & Travel company. The candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, managing B2B/B2C sales teams, expanding market presence, developing corporate partnerships, and achieving business targets across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across the region.
  • Generate new business opportunities and strengthen corporate tie-ups.
  • Develop B2B partnerships with travel agents, corporates, and channel partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and yearly targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and business presentations.
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams for seamless execution.
  • Prepare regional sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Tours & Travel industry and market trends.
  • Expertise in B2B & B2C sales management.
  • Target-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Tours & Travel industry.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in team handling or regional sales management.
