Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager for our Tours & Travel company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing corporate clients, increasing travel package sales, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector.
- Generate corporate tie-ups, B2B partnerships, and travel agent networks.
- Promote domestic and international tour packages, hotel bookings, visa services, and other travel-related products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer requirements.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams for smooth service delivery.
- Attend meetings, networking events, and travel exhibitions to generate leads.
- Maintain MIS reports and client database.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic & international travel destinations.
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling.
- Strong networking and lead generation ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and travel software.
- Target-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
