Tender Executive
Job Description:
The role primarily involves managing the complete tender lifecycle, ensuring timely identification, evaluation, preparation, and submission of tenders in line with company requirements and eligibility criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Search & Identification
- Daily tracking of relevant tenders from government and private portals
- Maintaining a database of identified opportunities
- PQ Analysis & Evaluation
- Detailed review of tender documents
- Eligibility (Pre-Qualification) assessment
- Go/No-Go decision support
- Coordination & Communication
- Liaising with clients, authorities, and internal teams
- Resolving tender-related queries
- Tender Finalization & Approvals
- Internal coordination for management approvals
- Tracking confirmation and participation decisions
- BOQ & Costing Coordination
- BOQ preparation and formatting
- Coordination with estimation team for pricing inputs
- Documentation & Proposal Preparation
- Compilation of technical and commercial documents
- Ensuring compliance with tender requirements
- Tender Submission (Online & Offline)
- Complete handling of portal submissions
- Preparation of hard copies where required
- Vendor Registration
- Registration on new portals
- Updating company credentials across platforms
- Reporting & Tracking
- Maintaining daily/weekly progress reports
- Tracking tender status, value, and activity progress
- This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
