The role would be required to manage complete civil site projects from strategic conceptualisation to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Before starting a new project (site), survey the site for the risk involved, prepare a risk analysis report and safety requirements for executing a particular work, and submit to the client and management.
• Meeting with project teams before starting the project and explaining the scope of work, planning and procurement, manpower requirements.
• Maintain safe working conditions, practices, and quality standards for all employees, vendors/suppliers and subcontractors at site.
• Arrange proper safety training for team regarding job hazards and safe procedures to be followed before putting them on the job.
• Study the tender with all the terms and conditions / study of contract documents.
• Prepare a list of staff authorized for precise jobs.
• Prepare a schedule for project execution. Set the timeline for all activities and monitor the same.
• Prepare reports focusing on overall project progress. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly updates are provided to management.
• Ensure effective coordination with seniors, juniors, consultants, contractors, labours for project related issues.
• Coordinate with various departments for timely inputs to fulfill project requirements.
• Ensure projection of cash flow with respect to progress of the work.
• Prepare project profit and loss statement for each site in progress.
• Allocate items of profit and loss and accordingly instruct site team to execute the work.
• Increase the profitability of the company.
• Provide training to all site supervisors / labours.
• Monitor material procurement as per project requirement and follow-up on timely deliveries on site.
• Keep a track record of bills and ensure timely follow-up for payment with the client.
• Conduct weekly review meetings with site team for timely delivery of projects.

• Candidate Profile:
• Sound knowledge of project risk analysis, billing and budgeting.
• Team handling capabilities with proven leadership skills.
• Ability to proactively identify problems, find resolutions and implement corrective actions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills with ability to influence others.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Affinity to new concepts, ideas & technology.
• Proactive contribution towards company’s strategic projects.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience into civil project management from start to end
• Location: Mumbai
• Education: Full time BE - Civil, Post-graduate & NICMAR (full time) is desirable
