Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at construction/project sites in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible forensuring that projects are completed ontime,within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Handle on-site issues and provide quick resolutions
• Maintain proper documentation and site records
• Assist in material planning and inventory management
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in site supervision (construction/interior projects preferred)
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Ability to read drawings and plans
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai for site work
Preferred Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in residential/commercial project execution
