Client Servicing Manager – US Healthcare Brand

Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager to manage and grow relationships with US-based healthcare provider clients. The role requires strong client-facing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work closely with strategy teams and varios departments like SEO, Wewb Development, Paid Media and ORM. Hence working knowledge of these subjects is of most importance. As the client is based out of USA you will be working on EST time which is IST - 3.00 pm to 12.30 Am out of Mumbai Office.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for US-based healthcare provider and financial services clients

Build strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders

Lead regular client calls, status meetings, QBRs, and performance reviews on EST hours

Proactively identify client needs, opportunities for growth, and upsell/cross-sell possibilities
Account & Delivery Management

Own end-to-end account management including briefs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of campaigns, content, and digital initiatives

Manage multiple work streams acros
Strategic & Commercial Ownership

Support account growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing clients

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and renewals

Monitor account profitability, scopes of work, and resource utilization
Internal Collaboration

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like s various departments like SEO, Web Development, Paid Media, ORM.
Act as the voice of the client internally, while balancing agency capabilities and timelines

Mentor junior account executives, where applicable
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
5–7 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or agency roles
-
Prior experience managing US-based clients, preferably in healthcare and/or financial services
-
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, media, and integrated campaign workflows

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (US client–ready)

Proven ability to work in EST time zone from India

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable handling senior client conversations and escalations
