Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement of construction materials (cement, steel, electricals, plumbing, etc.)
- Identify and negotiate with vendors/suppliers for cost-effective purchasing
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain vendor database and track material inventory
- Coordinate with site and project teams for material requirements
- Ensure quality standards and cost control
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in real estate/construction procurement
- Strong vendor management & negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of building materials and rates
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Male candidate preferred
