A dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive specializing in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars. Skilled in managing end-to-end event logistics, vendor coordination, audience engagement, and digital promotion to ensure successful brand visibility and lead generation. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing event marketing campaigns, and leveraging digital platforms to maximize participation and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Conference Management
- Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue management, vendor coordination, booth setup, travel arrangements, and on-site execution.
- Manage participation in industry exhibitions and trade shows including stall design, promotional materials, and team coordination.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of event objectives with business goals.
Webinar & Virtual Event Management
- Plan and organize webinars including topic development, speaker coordination, and audience engagement strategies.
- Manage webinar platforms including registrations, invitations, reminders, and post-event recordings.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth execution of virtual events.
- Analyze webinar performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, and lead generation.
Marketing & Promotions
- Promote events and webinars through email campaigns, social media, and digital marketing channels.
- Create promotional content including event invitations, landing pages, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Coordinate with design teams for event creatives, brochures, and marketing collateral.
Lead Generation & Follow-up
- Capture and manage event leads through CRM systems.
- Coordinate post-event follow-ups with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Track and report event ROI and performance metrics.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and partners for event execution.
- Negotiate contracts with event service providers to optimize budgets.
- Manage relationships with speakers, industry partners, and sponsors.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare event reports including participation, leads generated, and overall impact.
- Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
