Job Description:
- Managing talent acquisition and recruitment process.
- Manage the attendance and payroll process and ensure all current statutory rules and regulations are followed.
- Manage employee on boarding and plan training & development activities as per the training needs of the organisation.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Provide regular HR MIS reports to management.
- Maintain & update HR documents and files regularly.
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics and resolve issues and problems
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for attrition and workout solutions to minimize the same.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Business strategy.
- Support current and future Business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital.

- Good communication and co-ordination skills.
- Should act as a Business partner.
- Self motivated individual who is able to perform and ensure execution of task well.
- People centric & passionate candidate with good interpersonal skills.
