Job Description:

Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Sales Advisor who can combine automotive knowledge with strong customer communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer leads, understanding vehicle issues, guiding customers through the repair process, and converting enquiries into confirmed service jobs. This role is ideal for someone who has worked as a Service Advisor or Automotive Sales Executive and wants to grow into a customer-facing sales and advisory role

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Customer Interaction
● Handle inbound leads generated via Website, Meta, Google, and referrals.
● Contact customers promptly and understand their vehicle concerns.
● Provide technical guidance and explain MotoFyx's diagnostic and repair process.

2. Technical Consultation
● Interpret customer complaints and translate them into potential mechanical issues.
● Explain possible repair scenarios in a simple and trustworthy manner.
● Encourage customers to book inspections or workshop visits for accurate diagnosis.

3. Sales Conversion
● Convert enquiries into maintenance or inspection bookings and approved repair jobs.
● Build trust with customers through clear and confident communication.
● Follow up with customers on estimates, approvals, and pending decisions.

4. Workshop Coordination
● Coordinate with Operations and Technical teams to understand vehicle issues and repair scope.
● Communicate repair updates and technical findings to customers.
● Assist with customer walkthroughs when vehicles are inspected or delivered.

5. Follow-ups & Relationship Management
● Maintain disciplined follow-ups with leads and customers.
● Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
● Ensure customers feel confident and informed throughout the repair process.

Candidate Profile

1. Experience

  • 2 to 5 years experience in an automotive service environment.
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Sales Executive, or Customer Service Advisor preferred.


2. Technical Knowledge

Basic understanding of:

  • Vehicle service and repair processes
  • Suspension, brake systems, and general maintenance
  • Diagnostic processes and warning indicators
  • Premium car brands such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, and Skoda


3. Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues in simple language
  • Customer-first attitude ● Strong follow-up and closing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously

    Reporting To: Sales Manager
    Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
    Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
    Hiring Urgency: Immediate (Joining preferred within 15 -30 days)

    Compensation Salary range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience) along with Performance incentives linked to job closures and revenue generation
