Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling HR operations including onboarding, attendance, employee records

  • Managing local compliance and documentation

  • Office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management

  • Supporting recruitment and employee engagement initiatives

  • Liaising with HO for HR processes and reporting

Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR & Admin

  • Strong operational and coordination skills

  • Comfortable handling field-level and office administration

  • Stable background with good communication skills
