We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple open positions, and experience working with job portals and LinkedIn hiring.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
- Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR interviews
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities
- Follow up with candidates till on boarding
- Support HR activities if required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- Ability to handle multiple positions at the same time
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in bulk hiring
- Immediate joiners preferred
