Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Searching Executive (Civil) to identify, track, and evaluate civil construction tenders from various government and private portals. The candidate will support the tendering team by providing accurate tender information, maintaining records, and ensuring timely coordination for submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant civil construction tenders from government portals such as GeM, CPWD, State PWD, Municipal Corporations, PSU websites, and private tender platforms.

• Review tender notices, NITs, BOQs, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements.

• Shortlist tenders based on company eligibility, experience, and project scope.

• Prepare and maintain a comprehensive tender tracker including deadlines, EMD details, tender fees, and submission timelines.

• Download, organize, and systematically maintain tender documents and related records.

• Track corrigenda, amendments, and updates related to ongoing tenders.

• Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation and approvals.

• Assist in preparation of pre-bid queries and participation in pre-bid meetings.

• Provide timely support to ensure smooth and accurate tender submissions.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Any Graduate (Civil Engineering background preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in tender searching/tendering (Freshers can apply).

• Basic knowledge of civil construction works such as roads, buildings, infrastructure, RCC works, etc.

• Familiarity with government e-tender portals is preferred.

Skills Required

• Good understanding of the tendering process.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and online portals.

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
