Job Title: Head of Finance / Finance Lead (Real Estate)

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead all financial operations, planning, and compliance functions. The role requires strong real estate industry experience, hands-on financial leadership, and the ability to translate numbers into strategic business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all financial operations, including cash flow and working capital.

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-term budgeting.

• Oversee preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and MIS reports.

• Establish and maintain robust budgeting, cost control, and financial governance frameworks.

• Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and adherence to applicable financial regulations.

• Drive process optimization and financial efficiency across functions.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team for high performance.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• Mandatory prior experience in the real estate industry.

• Strong expertise in financial statements preparation, analysis, and reporting.

• Solid foundation in finance, budgeting, and financial controls.

• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support business decisions.

• Sound knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and audit processes.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.

• CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
