Job Description:

Key Responsibilities :

Investor Acquistion and Relationship Management
:

  • Build, nurture, and own long-term relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, Family Offices, NRIs, and small institutional investors.
  • Identify investors who actively allocate to Real Estate AIFs, Private Credit, Pre-leased Commercial Assets, Fractional Ownership, and Redevelopment Strategies

Fund  Representation :

  • Represent 8–12 curated Real Estate AIFs at any given point.
  • Understand and present each fund’s strategy, track record, deal pipeline, risk profile, fee structure, and terms.

End-to-End Fundraising Cycle : 

  • Lead the complete investor journey:
    Lead Generation → Discovery Call → Strategy Pitch → PPM & Due Diligence Coordination → Commitment → Capital Deployment

  • Work closely with fund managers to ensure smooth communication and timely documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications : 

  • 1- 2 years of experience in wealth management, investment distribution, real estate fundraising, or UHNI relationship management.
  • Strong existing network of active HNIs/UHNI clients (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain investment strategies in simple, investor-friendly language
