- Must have worked in Liaisoning Architect office.
- Study New Project documents. Thereafter should be able to prepare Project Feasibility as per most preferable regulation of DCPR 2034.
- Co-ordinate with outsourced Municipal Architects, Design Architects and other Consultants for Designs and to deliver Approvals on time.
- Work out budget for approval, cost for entire life cycle and make optimized cash flow.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates on same.
- Update Cash flows as per Project progress.
- Check demand notes before making payment.
- Stay updated with recent policy / circulars by BMC and regulatory norms.
- Prepare applications to various departments for IOD/CC/OC compliances.
- Conduct Periodic Site Visits to verify Work as per approval, like plinth / slab checking
- before casting. Visit project sites when required to verify and support execution as per approved drawings.
Candidate Profile :
- Academic Qualification: B. Arch / G.D Arch
- Well Versed with AutoCAD, Excel, Word.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, MS Power Point will be an added advantage.
- Work Experience: 4-6 years in a similar capacity in Mumbai real estate, with :
- Knowledge of DCPR 2034 and regulations like 33(7)b, 33(19), 33(20), 33(5) etc.
- Fair knowledge of approval process.
- Knowledge of BMC Payment sheet working and cost heads involved in Various
- regulations of DCPR.
- Must possess excellent communication skills in Marathi.
