Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and geotechnical sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, government bodies, and key decision-makers.

  •  Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project demands.

  •  Coordinate with internal technical, design, and execution teams to prepare customized proposals.

  • Attend client meetings, site visits, conferences, and industry events to promote company capabilities.

  • Prepare and submit technical/commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.

  •  Maintain CRM systems to track leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/business administration or a relevant field.

  • An MBA in marketing/sales is preferred (not mandatory).

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in business development or technical sales in construction/infrastructure.

  • Good understanding of geotechnical solutions, products, and project execution cycles.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.

  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Willing to travel extensively across assigned regions.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented individual.
