Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead the Accounts and Finance function of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in financial management, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance, preferably within the real estate or construction industry. This position requires strategic financial acumen, leadership abilities, and hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end financial operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the company’s accounting and financial operations.

  • Handle finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and cash flow management.

  • Ensure statutory compliance related to taxation, audits, and regulatory filings.

  • Maintain and analyze financial data through Tally ERP and other relevant software.

  • Provide strategic inputs for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.

  • Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls.

  • Lead, guide, and develop the accounts team to achieve department goals.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)—mandatory.

  • CA / Inter CA – preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

  • Experience in the real estate/construction industry will be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

Work Schedule
