Job Description:

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations on the shop floor for door 
  
  
• Ensure production targets are met within specified time and quality 

• Coordinate with the planning and dispatch teams for smooth workflow and material
  
  
• Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety
  Conduct quality checks at various stages of production (cutting, pressing, finishing, ).

• Ensure machinery and tools are maintained in proper working
  Maintain production records, prepare daily reports, and communicate progress to management.
  
  
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement 

• Resolve any production-related issues promptly and effectively

Key Skills Requirements :

• Diploma/ ITI / bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Production, or related 
  
  
• 3–5years of experience as a supervisor in a wood or door manufacturing
  
  Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and production processes
   (CNC, edge banding, pressing, ).
  
  
• Ability to lead a team and manage manpower 
  
  
• Understanding of safety and compliance in a factory 
  
  
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel; ERP systems preferred).
  
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational
