Facility Manager-Real Estate-Mumbai(Borivali)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Facility Manager in daily facility operations, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, HVAC, DG sets, and safety systems.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical staff to ensure smooth site operations.
- Liaise with vendors for AMC, repairs, and service contracts; monitor service quality and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain facility-related MIS reports (DMR/MMR) and assist in audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
- Support in budget tracking, cost negotiations, and ensuring adherence to approved expenses.
- Conduct daily site inspections for safety, hygiene, and upkeep of assets.
- Handle tenant/client requests and ensure prompt redressal of facility-related complaints.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of technical facility systems (Electrical, HVAC, DG, HT-LT panels, Plumbing).
- Experience in vendor and manpower management.
- Working knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and audits.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and facility management reporting.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in facility/technical operations.
