Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on A+ and A category clients.
- Travel extensively to meet clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive results.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Companyi.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
In addition to the job description, we are looking for candidates who ideally meet the following
criteria:
- Industry Experience: Experience in B2B sales is preferred, especially in the jewellery industry.
- Travel & Field Work: Should be comfortable with traveling and handling on-ground sales activities.
- Jewellery Market Knowledge: Understanding of the jewellery market, trends, and buyer behaviour is a plus.
- Relevant Sales Experience: While not mandatory, candidates with experience in leadership or managerial sales roles are preferred, including:
