Job Description:
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and tech-savvy Techno Manager who will serve as a vital link between our technology, product, and business operations teams. This role demands a strong understanding of both product architecture and ground-level business implementation. The ideal candidate will translate high-level business goals into technical deliverables and drive on-time project execution with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of tech projects across business verticals such as
Primary Sales, Loans, CRM, and more.
- Create project plans, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of tech
- Anticipate project risks, bottlenecks, and propose mitigation strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless alignment.
- Act as a single point of contact for all tech deliverables across assigned business
- Support vertical-specific product rollouts by ensuring system readiness and operational
Implementation & Support
- Lead on-ground deployment of features, tools, and
- Conduct functional training for users and internal teams to ensure adoption and
- Capture real-time feedback and work with the product/engineering team for quick
Data & Reporting
- Ensure system-generated reports are aligned with business KPIs and
- Work with tech/product teams to enable accurate data collection, campaign tracking, and business analytics.
- Drive adoption of dashboards and automate reporting wherever
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in product/project/tech management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, agile
- Educational background from IIT or other premier engineering institutes is highly preferred.
Preferred Background
- Exposure to real estate tech, fintech, or sales automation
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, campaign tracking, and lead management
- Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Google Ads API, WhatsApp APIs, custom integrations,
- Experience working with dashboards, lead routing systems, or marketing automation
